How much of a difference does it make where you sit during a meeting.
In our own team meetings we all tend to sit in the same seats each week, we have tried to mix it up a bit and move about but this didn't last long and we reverted back to our usual seats the following week.
I like the idea of helping to diffuse some potentially difficult discussions by using round tables rather than have someone at the head of the table.
